Turnkey S - versatile & compact
The Turnkey S is the small Turnkey machine that can be placed on a normal table. Despite its compact design, it is modular and can be equipped with various Modula components for all welding processes.
For welding the small lifting door is opened. The front cover of the machine can be opened for setup and maintenance. All components are easily accessible. The drawer for the components and the lifting door can be operated manually, pneumatically or electrically. The clamping unit can be selected between pneumatic and electric. The rotary indexing table is available in manual and electrical versions.
Control unit, laser and air cooling are located in the electrical cabinet on the rear side. No separate laser unit is necessary. The welding process can be set up and observed on the touch screen. It is also possible to connect a larger screen via the HDMI plug on the rear side. Also keyboard and mouse can be connected at the USB ports next to the touch screen.
The USB ports can also be used to load and save welding programs and process data. On the rear side is an Ethernet port to connect the Turnkey S to a local are network (LAN) or to build-up a secure connection via Internet for remote maintenance.
