Radial - circumference in one shot

The base of the radial optics is the ring optics.
With an additional conical mirror the laser beam circle is deflected to the center from the outside to the inside. An extension tube at the bottom of the ring optics holds this conical mirror at the right distance. The only opening is in the bottom of the extension tube to insert the work-pieces. The sides of the extension tubes are closed to protect the mirror from dust and to increase laser safety.
With the radial optics cylindrical work-pieces with a press fit between one another can be welded in the center of the optics.

With the radial optics of ProByLas AG the maximal diameter of the work-pieces is 56 mm.
The work-pieces are inserted into the radial optics from the bottom around 12 mm to reach the welding level.
Additionally, the work-pieces inserted into the radial optics must not interrupt the ring-shaped beam before it is deflected by the conical mirror. A circular pyramid of 130 mm height and 56 mm diameter from the welding level must not be exceeded.
